STiiL Traduction is a professional translation agency for companies and public authorities / schools / associations, etc.
All of our translations are undertaken by translators and interpreters who are qualified and exerts in their area and work solely into their mother tongue.
Our role is to coordinate, manage and give your translations to the most qualified translators for the best price.
Our prices are simple and competitive. They depend on the language pair and documents.
Our turnaround times: urgent jobs in less than 12 hours. In all instances, we best adapt our turnaround times for translation to your requirements.
Confidentiality: we respect the strictest level of confidentiality for your documents and we will sign a non-disclosure agreement if you wish.
Who are we?
STiiL Traduction was brought about by the combination of three solid and complementary skills:
Professional translation and interpreting by the intermediary of a professional translator (ISIT graduate) who is today a freelancer, and who worked for several years with an agency.
Project management and production management, by the intermediary of one of the co-founders, having undertaken these technical skills for several years in the industrial sector.
The commercial strategy and financial management, by the intermediary of the second co-founder, having also developed these skills in the industrial sector, within several groups.

Our commitments
- All of our translations are undertaken by qualified professionals, and there is no automated translation, of course!
- All of our translators work exclusively into their mother tongue.
- We respect the strictest level of confidentiality concerning the documents you send us. This commitment is not just our word, which is why we will also sign non-disclosure agreements on your request for the most sensitive cases.
- We respond to any quote request in under 1 hour.
- We can deal with your urgent projects in under 12 hours, for any document of less than 1000 words.
- Checking and proofreading: all texts translated are automatically checked before delivery. If the document requires, we can also, on your request, undertake a cross proofreading by a second translator, to approve or modify the translated text.
- Archiving: we store our archives for 3 years and keep these for you should you need them at any time. We can also destroy these on your request.
- Relationship based on trust: from the outset, if we cannot accept your request, due to deadline, language pairs or areas of expertise, we undertake to inform you immediately, in an entirely transparent manner.
Our methodology
- We support you throughout your project, whether an urgent professional translation into a single language, or a more complex multilingual case. To guarantee an optimal level of quality, we combine several fundamental factors:
- We have chosen a team of very targeted translators, who are flexible and highly professional with whom we work on a daily basis in a spirit of partnership and trust.
- As far as possible, we always give the same translators the same type of projects for the same clients.
- We use the latest translation tools so as to optimise the quality of our services, thanks notably to SDL Trados Studio – 2017. Consequently, as translations are undertaken by our expert translator we constitute a database or Ttranslation Memory. This represents a cost saving (if there are any repetitions, these are not invoiced) and also a gage of consistent terminology for all translations.
- Do not hesitate to send us your own internal glossaries. These will be very useful for our translators, who may populate these as we work and also following any comments you have. In this way, from the first professional translation, the terminology used will be that used in your company.
